Can you carry on filming our event into the evening?
Yes, evening filming is something we do regularly. We come prepared with the right gear to handle the low light. If your event runs into the evening, just let us know upfront so we can plan accordingly. Depending on your start time, there may be additional costs to consider if we’re filming beyond our standard 8 hour filming day.
Can you do same-day edits that we can post on social media at the end of each day?
Yes, if you need content to post while the event is still live, we can turn around short-form clips on the day. It requires some additional planning upfront so we know exactly what you need and when, but it’s absolutely achievable.
How far in advance should we book you?
As early as possible, really. Particularly for large or complex events. Corporate events always seem to land at the same time of year, so dates fill up quickly and the more lead time we have, the better prepared we can be on the day.
Can you film at any venue or location?
Yes, we’ve got experience filming in conference centres, exhibition halls, hotels, Premier League Stadiums, outdoor venues, military facilities and everything in between. If there are any access restrictions or specific venue requirements, we’ll discuss those during pre-production and plan around them well in advance.
What happens if something unexpected happens on the day?
We plan thoroughly so surprises are rare, but events are live environments and things do change. We’re experienced enough to adapt quickly, reposition when needed, and make good decisions under pressure. You won’t need to manage us on the day, that’s our job.
Do you also offer event photography?
